For 20 peaces:
Oatmeal cookies with peanuts: Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour 100 g of oatmeal.

Pour 100 g of oatmeal. Chop the flakes with a blender.

Put the chopped flakes to a large bowl, add 170 g of flour and ½ tsp. salt.

Combine 1 tsp. of soda with 1 tsp. of lemon juice.

Pour 150 g of sugar into a bowl, add 200 g of soft butter and 100 g of peanuts.

Beat 2 eggs in the dough and mix it well with your hands until smooth.

Roll out 20 balls of dough and place on a baking dish covered with parchment, at a distance of about 5 cm from each other, because in the process of cooking the balls will become bigger. Bake cookies for 25 minutes in the oven. After that leave cookies to cool completely before removing from the parchment, as they are very fragile and gentle when warm.
