Add 2 eggs in a bowl and beat with a whisk until smooth. The mass should resemble a liquid homogeneous cream.


In another bowl, mix 200 g of flour and 3 tbsp. of cocoa powder. It is most convenient to do it with a dry whisk. In principle, you can add flour and cocoa to the egg mixture separately, but if you mix them in advance, you don’t have to knead the dough for a long time until smooth.


Add the flour and cocoa mixture to the bowl with the egg mixture. Don’t forget to stir until smooth.


Chop the almonds with a knife.


Add the chopped almonds to the bowl with the dough and mix well. If the dough seems a little liquid, do not add more flour, just put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This will make it easier for you to form cookies.


Form round cookies from the dough. You can pick any size for your cookies. The only thing you need to remember is that small cookies will bake faster than big ones. Therefore, the cooking time may change. Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
