In a deep bowl, beat 3 eggs with 100 g of sugar until the mass becomes dense and homogeneous.

Sift 50 g of flour and mix with baking powder (5 g) and cocoa powder (10 g). Mix with melted chocolate until smooth.

Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix gently until smooth. Add the orange peel and stir again.

Cover the baking dish with foil, grease it with butter and pour the dough in. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the surface crusts and starts to crack. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely without removing from the pan.

Make nut pralines. Chop 100 g of nuts, place on a frying pan and fry for 5 minutes on low heat. Make sure they do not burn. Add sugar and wait until it turns into caramel. Stir constantly. As soon as the sugar melts, spread the mixture on a piece of parchment, cover it with a second piece of parchment and slightly roll out with a rolling pin. Allow it to cool and make crumble.
