Preheat the oven to 260 degrees. For the dough: in a large bowl mix 300 g of flour, 200 ml of yogurt, 4 tbsp. of sunflower oil, ½ tbsp. sugar, ½ tsp. salt and ½ tbsp. of baking powder. Mix everything and knead the dough. It shouldn’t stick to your hands.

Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick. Place it on parchment and form small sides with your hands.

For the sauce: mix the tomatoes in their own juice (200 g) with 1 tbsp. dried oregano. If you have whole tomatoes, first mash them with a fork or cut.

Spread the sauce on the dough and spread evenly with a spoon.

Cut 100 g of mushrooms into four parts, if the mushrooms are large enough - cut into smaller pieces. Baked beets cut into thin slices.

Place pieces of mushrooms and slices of baked beets on top of the sauce.

Cut homemade sausage (200 g) into thin rings and place on pizza.

Cut into thin slices 80 g of yellow cheese, it is perfect for pizza.

Place the pizza in a preheated to 260 degree oven for 8 minutes. You can cook it at a higher or lower temperature, but then the cooking time will be different. After 8 minutes, remove the pizza and place the cheese slices on top. Return to the oven for another 2 minutes until the cheese has melted. Wash the sorrel and separate the long stems, place the leaves on the finished pizza.
