Don’t say a word, I can feel it. You need a lovely recipe of cookies and here it is. These buddies were made with yogurt to make the puffy and crunchy simultaneously. Cook them with joy.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. For the dough, combine 300 g of wheat flour and 100 g of wholemeal flour in a bowl.


Pour 5 g of baking powder into a bowl and add 150 g of sugar.


Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with flour and sugar. Grate 1 lemon zest and add to the dough.


Pour 200 ml of yogurt and add 1 pinch of salt. Knead the dough, it should be a little thin.


Cover the pan with parchment and spread the dough circles at a distance from each other. I got about 20 pieces.


Put peeled walnuts in each ball. Bake cookies for 15 minutes. Sprinkle finished cookies with powder sugar.
