Berry kysil (starch drink)

Ingredients
400 g / 14 oz. of blackcurrants, redcurrants, cherries and strawberries
10 tbsp. sugar
2½-3 liter / 2½-3 quart water
5 tbsp. starch
Berry kysil (starch drink): Приготування
Крок 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add sugar (it has to dissolve fully). Add a mixture of your favorite fruit and berries. Cook for 5–10 minutes to infuse the water with their taste.
Крок 2
Dissolve starch in a glass of cold water and gradually add to the fruit mixture, stirring constantly to avoid the formation of starch clots.
Крок 3
Cook for several more minutes until the kysil thickens.
Крок 4
Serve kysil well cooled.
