Wash avocado and cut it into two halves, remove the stone and peel it. Choose only ripe avocados, the flesh of which can be mashed with a fork.
Then use a spoon to seize the avocado pulp in a bowl. If the avocado is ripe, it will be done easily.
Take 2 eggs, boil them, cool in cold water and peel. Dice avocado and 50 g of feta cheese. Then take 4 sun-dried tomatoes and chop them.
Mash all the contents with a fork to a paste, add pepper and salt to taste.
Dry the toast in a toaster or pan without oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Egg yolk acts as a sauce for our avocado paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mass on toast and enjoy the incredible taste.
