The hidden synonym of the word “delicious” is “sandwich with bacon and mushrooms”. Trust me, I couldn’t believe my ears too, but when I cooked this sandwich I understood a lot.

Step 1

Cut 200 g of mushrooms with a knife. Cut 200 g of pitted olives into two pieces, then chop them with a knife.

Pour 2 tbsp. of sunflower oil in a frying pan, heat it and fry mushrooms for a few minutes. Then add olives to the mushrooms.

Pour 150 ml of cream into the pan and stew for 8-10 minutes to obtain a fairly stable mushroom paste. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the ciabatta or baguette lengthwise into two halves. Bake 6 slices of bacon in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
