How to prepare Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

50 g basil
50 g walnut kernels
60 ml olive oil (or sunflower)
40 g parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbls. of lemon juice

Pesto Sauce: Приготування

To make the pesto, combine basil, garlic, walnut kernels and Parmesan in the mortar; season with salt and pepper, to taste. While stirring, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified and then set aside.
