Ingredients
Oatmeal cookies: Directions
Prepare all the ingredients for the oatmeal cookies.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat 220 g of oatmeal in a blender bowl. Mix it in a large bowl with 150 g of wheat flour, 150 g of rye flour, 200 g of sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 50 g of raisins, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 250 g of soft butter. Mix well.

Beat 1 egg into the dough with the other ingredients and mix well.

Knead a homogeneous dough and form a ball out of it. If the dough is dry, add 3 tbsp. of ice water.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer on a board.

Take your favorite molds and cut out cookies. If you do not have molds, just take a glass and cut out circles from the dough.

Cover the pan with parchment and lay out the formed cookies. Bake oatmeal cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Decorate the finished cookies in any way you like. I used powdered sugar and sugar colored pencils.
