Zoodles are the perfect summery (and gluten-free) appetizer and a great side dish to go with grilled meat or fish. You’ll be surprised at how versatile and simple this dish is!

Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)

Follow The Directions
Wash the zucchini. Using a spiralizer or a julienne peeler, cut the zucchini into thin long strips.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini strips, salt and pepper them to taste and saute for about 1-2 minutes.
Add some lemon juice and finely minced dill. Serve warm, while the zoodles haven’t become too soft.
