Yogurt dessert with seasonal fruits preparation
Ingredients
Yogurt dessert with seasonal fruits: Directions
Fill gelatin (10 g) with water (50 ml) in a small bowl and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Then dissolve the gelatin in water in a steam bath. Stir the gelatin with a spoon or whisk to make it dissolve better. Remove the bowl from the steam bath and set aside. Make sure that the gelatin does not start to harden. In this case, put it back in the steam bath.

In another bowl, mix natural drinking yogurt (500 ml) and 3 tbsp. l. condensed milk. I didn't want my dessert to be too sweet, but you can increase the amount of condensed milk to taste.

Add the dissolved gelatin to the bowl of yogurt and mix with a whisk. The gelatin should be evenly distributed in the mixture.

Wash the peaches and cut them in pieces. You can also use canned peaches or any other berries or fruit. Also you can take a home-made jam.

Evenly spread the sliced fruit on small glass, ceramic or plastic forms (I used small glass jars of yogurt).

Fill the fruit with yogurt mixture, spreading it evenly over the forms. Put the forms in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Then add some berries and mint leaves on a top.
