Spotykach (mulled vodka)

Ingredients
500 ml vodka
6 cloves
a pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
100 g / ½ cup sugar
100 ml / 6½ tbsp. water
1 lemon

Крок 1
Put cloves, nutmeg and vanilla sugar into the bottle with vodka. Stir well and leave in a dark place for 7–10 days. Don’t forget to stir the mixture every day to make it more flavorful.
Крок 2
Make a simple syrup, combining an equal volume of sugar and water. When it’s still warm, mix it with the infusion and stir well. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the drink, and stir once again.
Крок 3
Serve cooled.
