Nothing can quench your thirst and give you wonderful flavour of tarragon except the lemonade with tarragon. Besides, summer is almost over and you’ll be upset that you didn’t manage to try it.
Ingredients
Lemonade with Tarragon: Directions
In a small saucepan pour 200 ml of water, add sugar and tarragon leaves. Leave some leaves for serving.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and beat it with a blender. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve.
Pour a decoction of tarragon in a jar, add the juice of two lemons (leave a few slices of lemon for serving) and some sparkled water. Try lemonade to taste, if it is too sweet for you, you can increase the amount of water.
Add lemon slices and fresh tarragon leaves to the jar and place it in a fridge for at least 1 hour.
