Butter with olives, herbs and salmon: Directions
Prepare all the ingredients for butter with different flavors.

Let’s make butter with herbs. Take the parsley, wash it and dry with a paper towel, cut off the leaves and chop them finely.

Combine the softened butter in a bowl with the salt and herbs. Divide into a homogeneous mass.

Place it on a plastic cling and give it any shape. I made a sausage shape. I recommend making the same shape as it is easier to store and use.

Wrap and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Switch to cooking butter with olives. Chop the olives.

Combine chopped olives with softened butter.

Transfer to a cling film.

Wrap and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Next one is butter with salmon. Take 100 g of lightly salted salmon and chop it. Make sure that no bones are caught.

Mix chopped salmon with softened butter.

Transfer to plastic cling.

Wrap and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
