Chicken is my favourite kind of meat. You don’t have to “play” with it for a long time, besides it is wonderful for people who are on a diet. Today, bake a gentle chicken fillet in a cooking sleeve.
How to prepare Baked chicken fillet
Ingredients
Baked chicken fillet: Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the chicken meat.


Put it on a sheet of parchment paper, put a slice of lemon on both sides, and a sprig of rosemary on top. Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil on meat.


Add salt, pepper and wrap it with the parchment in the form of candy. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.


Wash 2 sprigs of mint and cut off leaves. Chop them very finely.


In a bowl mix 200 g of natural yogurt, add mint, 1 tbsp. olive oil and a little salt. Stir the sauce well.


Unroll the finished chicken fillet and pour the yogurt sauce with mint.
