Turkish-Style Poached Eggs

It is always good morning when you have Turkish-Style Poached eggs for breakfast. Perhaps it’ll become your daily ritual.
How to prepare Turkish-Style Poached Eggs
Ingredients
For poached eggs:
2 eggs
water
For the sauce:
2 cloves garlic
100 g of natural yogurt
2 tbsp. of melted butter
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
6 sprigs of parsley
Turkish-Style Poached Eggs: Приготування
Крок 1
Take a saucepan and boil water in it. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, then gently dip it in boiling water. Do the same thing with the second egg. Cook for 2 minutes.

Крок 2
While eggs are cooking, you will have time to make the sauce for them. Take 100 g of yogurt, add 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp. of melted butter and 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic. Stir until smooth.

Крок 3
Remove the poached eggs with a skimmer and place on a plate.

Крок 4
Spread the sauce on top of eggs.

Крок 5
Сhop 6 sprigs of parsley finely and add on top of the sauce.
