I can talk a lot about sauces. I really don’t miss a chance to support any dish with a suitable sauce. Today I want to give you a recipe for a wonderful sauce which is based on whiskey. It goes well with fish and meat, especially with chicken.
How to prepare Sauce with whiskey
Ingredients
200 ml of 33% cream
50 ml of saturated beef broth
1 tbsp. whiskey

Крок 1
Prepare all the ingredients for making the whiskey sauce.

Крок 2
Heat a saucepan with 200 ml of 33% cream. Heat it until the cream starts vaporising. The cream should not boil.

Крок 3
Add 50 ml of saturated beef broth to the saucepan, boil for 10 minutes. Stir constantly with a whisk.

Крок 4
Add 1 tbsp. of whiskey and stir a little more. This sauce goes well with white meat or fish.
