Sandwich with bacon and mushrooms: Directions
																									Cut 200 g of mushrooms with a knife. Cut 200 g of pitted olives into two pieces, then chop them with a knife.
																									Pour 2 tbsp. of sunflower oil in a frying pan, heat it and fry mushrooms for a few minutes. Then add olives to the mushrooms.
																									Pour 150 ml of cream into the pan and stew for 8-10 minutes to obtain a fairly stable mushroom paste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
																									Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the ciabatta or baguette lengthwise into two halves. Bake 6 slices of bacon in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
																									Spread the mushroom paste with olives on the bottom of the ciabatta.
																									Next, lay out 4 slices of cheese and cover with the top of the ciabatta. Place the sandwich in the oven, for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
																									Remove the sandwich and put the crispy bacon inside the sandwich.
