Salmon steak on parchment is something above and beyond. And it will take you even further every time you cook it.
How to prepare Salmon steak on parchment
Ingredients
Salmon steak on parchment: Directions
Add salt and pepper to the salmon steak. Heat a frying pan and place a piece of parchment cut out of its shape on it and put a piece of butter on top. It’s my tiny lifehack so the salmon steak does not burn and stick to the frying pan.
Once the butter has melted, place the salmon steak and fry on both sides until cooked through. I recommend frying the fish not too long, so as not to overdry it. 2-3 minutes on each side are enough.
Place the prepared fish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and pour lemon juice.
