Usually I try not to use caps to show emotions but salad with chicken and tangerines is amazing. Sorry, I can’t hold my emotions when the food is so wonderful.
How to prepare Salad with chicken and tangerines
Ingredients
Salad with chicken and tangerines: Directions
Put 100 g of arugula and pitted tangerine slices in a salad bowl.


Cut 2 slices of loaf into small cubes and fry for 5-7 minutes in a pan with 1-2 tbsp. of oil to a golden crust.


Cut half of the chicken breast into thin slices.


Sprinkle the chicken with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.


Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp. of oil and fry the chicken fillet until cooked.


Mix 2 sp. of French mustard, Lemon juice and a little salt. Stir until smooth.


Add ready-made chicken fillet and crusty loaf cubes to the tangerines and arugula salad.


Then add 1 pinch of coriander, 1 tbsp. of sauce and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
