If you are going to use frozen green peas, take them out of the freezer beforehand and place them in the fridge, or put them in an airtight bag, then put it in a bowl and pour warm water. Wash 3 potatoes and boil in salted water without peeling. Try not to overcook potatoes so that they do not fall apart during slicing. Allow the finished potatoes to cool, then peel them and dice.


Wash the parsley thoroughly and chop it. Put sliced potatoes, parsley and 100 g of green peas in a large bowl.


Open a jar of tuna and drain the liquid. Add the tuna In a bowl with the peas. Also add some salt and stir ingredients.


Next, make aioli sauce. Mix 2 chopped garlic cloves and 2 pinches of salt in a mortar. Grind them and add 2 egg yolks, mix with a pestle. Then add 1 tsp. of mustard and stir again. Then pour a little 100 ml of olive oil, stirring constantly. Finally, pour the lemon juice in and beat with a pestle until the desired consistency. Instead of a mortar, you can use a blender.


Add aioli sauce in the salad, stir and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
