Meatballs with cheese and fennel: Directions
Prepare all the ingredients for meatballs with cheese and fennel. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put 600 g of minced chicken in a large bowl. Separate one egg yolk and add to the stuffing.
Add 1 tsp. fennel seeds to the bowl. It will give the dish an interesting flavour and taste.
Add salt to the taste together with 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs. Mix the minced meat well and beat it a little.
Dice a piece of yellow cheese. Cubes should be not more than 1.5 cm.
Form meatballs with your hands greased in oil. I got 12 balls. Put a cube of cheese in each meatball. Place meatballs in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve meatballs with ketchup or any other sauce.
