600 g of minced chicken
1 pack of yellow cheese
1 tsp. fennel seeds
2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs
1 egg yolk
to taste plum ketchup (optional)
to taste salt

Prepare all the ingredients for meatballs with cheese and fennel. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
