Lemishka (crispy flatbread)

Ingredients
120 g / 1 cup rye flour
150 ml / 3 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. flaxseed
a pinch of salt
Lemishka (crispy flatbread): Приготування
Крок 1
Preheat oven to 160°C / 325°F degrees.
Крок 2
Thoroughly mix the flour with boiling hot water.
Крок 3
Add flaxseed, salt and crushed garlic. Mix well. Use a silicone brush to spread the mass across the baking paper in a layer 2–3 mm / approximately 0.1 inch thick.

Bake for 25–30 minutes.
Крок 5
Leave lemishka to cool fully before crumbling it into small pieces. Serve with any dish as a bread substitute.
