300 g / 10 oz. honey
1 l / 4 cups water

Крок 1
Dissolve the honey in warm distilled water. Pour into a glass jar and cover with a cheesecloth folded in 4 layers. Leave in a warm dark place for 5–6 days to ferment.

By the end of that period, the fermentation process should be completed. You can seal the jar tightly with a lid and store it in the fridge.
Крок 3
Serve this non-alcoholic beverage cooled. Optionally, you can add sparkling water and enjoy the taste.
