First of all, today is Friday and I can already feel happiness bursting out of my body. Secondly, don’t forget to buy a pack of nachos or some other crunchy snacks today. Guacamole is much tastier with them.

Cut avocado in half and remove the stone and peel. Choose only soft avocados, otherwise you’ll not get the right structure of the sauce. Dice avocado and place it in a mortar. Another important thing - cook the sauce only in a mortar, if possible. The sauce loses its flavor in a blender.


Peel a red onion, grate it and chop it into small pieces. Chop garlic cloves and chili peppers. Add all ingredients to the mortar. Squeeze the juice of half a large lemon into a mortar. If you have lime - it's even better, but then take the whole.


Add sunflower oil to the mortar and salt to taste. Separate the cilantro leaves from the branch and chop. Add them to the sauce. You can also use parsley. Now gently mix everything in a mortar with a pestle until all the pieces of avocado become soft and the sauce becomes homogeneous.
