The grill… the grill… the grill is on fire. The best thing you can cook on a grill is salmon steak. When you cook fish in this way it will disclose richer and more saturated flavors. Add some vegetables and here is your substantial dinner.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Wash all vegetables, peel the onion and cut it into large pieces. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and thyme leaves.
Add salt and pepper to the salmon steak too. Put vegetables, half a lemon on a piece of waxed parchment for baking, and put fish on top. Wrap in the form of an envelope.
Bake in the oven or on a closed grill for 15 minutes. If you have the open grill grate, use an envelope made of several layers of foil and increase the baking time to 20-25 minutes. When you serve fish, sprinkle it with sesame seeds and pour lemon juice.
