I’ll never get tired of wondering how easy it’s to cook fish. Fish with fennel and lemon goes in an oven and after that it hits right in the heart.

Ingredients

600 g wild pollock (defrosted)
1 fennel bulb
150 g of cherry tomatoes
1 Lemon
1 tbsp of pickled capers
2 tbsp olive oil
50 ml of white dry wine
salt and pepper (to taste)

Крок 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Defrost the fish at room temperature. Dry with a paper towel. In this recipe I used pollock fillets.

Add salt and pepper to the fish. In a small bowl, combine chopped fennel, olive oil, a pinch of salt, cherry tomatoes, cut in half and a sliced lemon. Add wine and capers.

Put the vegetable mix and pollock in the baking dish, pour the sauce from the bowl on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
