One of the best desserts I have ever eaten is Crème Brûlée. I wish I could forget those wonderful feelings when I tried it for the first time and feel them again. So you are the lucky one if it is your first time eating it.

Prepare all the ingredients for making the creme brulee dessert.

Take 500 ml of cream and heat it to 80 degrees with 1 tbsp. of sugar.

In a bowl, beat yolks and sugar together until light.

Pour milk-cream mixture into eggs with a thin stream and mix with a whisk until smooth.

Now you can pour it into molds and place in the oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees. After that send it to the fridge for at least four hours

Top each custard with about a teaspoon of sugar in a thin layer. If there is no burner, put in the oven on the grill for 3 minutes, then cool.
