Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the onion and mix it with the minced meat. Add breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt, pepper and mix well again. Put the minced meat in a greased rectangular form and evenly distribute it on the bottom and walls.


Lay out pieces of bacon in the recess along the entire length of the form.


Add the yogurt and also evenly distribute it in the form.


Place sliced mozzarella cheese on top.


Then carefully break 4 eggs in the recess so that they are evenly distributed in the form, add a pinch of salt, a little grated cheese and bake in the oven for 60 minutes.


Allow the casserole to cool slightly in the form, then carefully remove and cut into pieces 2 inches thick.
