Today is Friday and I think you need a perfect recipe to enter the weekend. I definitely have one for you. Grab and cook this wonderful baked turkey with oranges and pepper sauce. You’ll be fully pleased, trust me.

Preheat the oven to 125 degrees.


Peel a turkey fillet, rub it with salt and pepper from all sides. Pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil over the meat.Put the turkey fillet in a baking sleeve and pack tightly. Bake the meat in the oven at 125 degrees for 2.5 hours.


Wash the red bell pepper, make a small incision to let the air out. Wrap the pepper in foil together with 3 unpeeled cloves of garlic and add some salt.


Then remove the meat from the "sleeve" and bake the turkey for another 10 minutes. Put pepper with garlic in the oven together with the meat.


Peel the baked pepper and get rid of seeds.


Put pieces of baked pepper and garlic in a blender bowl. Add 2 tbsp. of walnuts, 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil, salt and pepper to the taste.


Squeeze a little orange juice into a bowl and mix everything with a blender to the desired texture of the sauce.


Cut the orange fillet. Spread the sauce on the turkey or on the side of the meat, lay out the orange fillets and sprinkle your dish with 1 tsp. of oregano.
