Preheat the oven to 180 C. Separate mushroom caps from its legs. Place mushroom caps in a baking dish.


Peel and squeeze garlic clove with a knife and put it into the mushrooms. Sprinkle mushroom caps with hot red pepper flakes. A little sharpness is what neutral mushrooms need.


Drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and lemon juice. Place the baking dish in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Later put mushroom caps in a large salad bowl.


Chop the parsley leaves. In general, you can use any fragrant herbs to taste, such as dill, cilantro or even tarragon.


Crush the cheese with your hands into the salad bowl. You can use any cheese with a blue mold, such as Roquefort or gorgonzola. Stir well, add salt if necessary and serve as a salad or cold appetizer.
