t’s never too late to accept the magnificence of stewed chicken legs. To make meat more gentle I cooked them in a creamy sauce. The result is mouthwatering!
How to prepare baked chicken legs with creamy sauce
Ingredients
Baked chicken legs with creamy sauce: Directions
Prepare the ingredients for cooking chicken legs with creamy sauce. I bought drumsticks right away without the skin. If you have skin, separate it, we won't need it.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fry legs with 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil to a golden crust from all sides without adding salt or pepper. It took me about 5 minutes. Place cooked legs in a baking dish and add salt.


Dice onions. Add another 1 tbsp. oil in the same pan where legs were fried. Fry the onion and two crushed garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 1 pinch of salt.


Put onion and garlic into the baking dish with legs and distribute evenly, add two sprigs of thyme. Pour 250 ml of cream and add another pinch of salt and pepper to taste.


Bake chicken legs with cream sauce for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
