White radish salad: Directions

Step 1

Wash the radishes well and peel them. Grate on the coarse side of the grater or slice into long thin pieces.

Step 2

Add the dressing: home-pressed sunflower oil with mustard, sour cream and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add finely minced dill, mix and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper, add poppy seeds soaked in boiling water, and unsalted butter. Regulate the desired consistency with potato cooking water.
