Vegetable salad: Directions

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a peeler.

Step 2

Cut celery stalks into thin slices.

Step 3

Shred green dill manually, and pick leaves off mint sprigs.

Step 4

Carefully mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 5

Prepare the dressing. Mix salt, pepper, finely diced garlic and lemon juice with the oil. Add the dressing to the salad and mix carefully.

Step 6

Sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes and serve.
