Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Сhop dried apricots and dried figs (dried fruit should be enough so that they can generously cover the turkey breast).
Mix dried fruits with cinnamon, salt, white wine, black pepper, barberry and olive oil.
Rub the mixture on the meat. It should be densely covered with dried fruits and spices.
Wrap the turkey in foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes. When the meat is half done, open the foil.
Prepare cranberry sauce. Pour hot water over the cranberries so that they thaw. When the berries thaw, grind them through a sieve and set on fire. As soon as the cranberries heat up - add sugar and honey. Evaporate over low heat until the sauce thickens. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce.
