Roasted pork fat in chamomile: Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F degrees.

Step 2

Rub pork fat with a generous amount of salt (if unsalted) and dried chamomile flowers.

Step 3

Roast on a baking paper-lined tray for 35–40 minutes.

Step 4

Cool to room temperature and serve thinly sliced.
