Ingredients

1 kg pumpkin
350 g lasagna leaves
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
30 g of hairy mountain
to taste salt and pepper
For bechamel sauce:
60 g butter
50 g flour
700 ml milk
200 g green peas
300 g spinach
150 g mozzarella cheese
1-2 pinches of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices (3-4 mm). Place the pumpkin and chopped garlic on a baking sheet covered with parchment, salt, pepper and pour olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Make the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the flour on it for 1 minute. Add the milk in three portions, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture begins to thicken.
