Have you ever thought about placing juicy watermelon on a grill? I highly recommend you to do that. First of all, it is a very original way to serve watermelon. Secondly, it is very tasty.
Ingredients
Grilled Watermelon with Feta: Directions
Cut a round piece of watermelon 2 cm thick and cut into half.


Use a knife to separate the flesh of the watermelon from the rind, we will use only the flesh.


Grease watermelon slices with vegetable oil, one tablespoon each, and add some salt.


Grill the watermelon on the grill pan for 3-4 minutes to make caramelized strips.


Place the watermelon on a serving plate and top with 150 g of feta cheese.


Wash 4 sprigs of mint, separate the leaves and tear with your hands. Place mint leaves and sliced chili peppers on top of the watermelon with cheese. Lightly sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
