Are you in the mood for vegetarian sweets? I have a very nice recipe of vegetarian truffles that you can cook for literally 15 minutes.
Vegetarian Date truffles preparation
Ingredients
Date truffles: Directions
Take 500 g of dates, remove the stones, cut them into pieces and put in a blender bowl. Also add 3 tbsp. of carob in a blender bowl.


Grind ingredients to a homogeneous mass. Then add 30 ml of coconut cream to the mass and grind well again.


Form the homogeneous mass from balls of the same size. Divide them into 3 parts. Roll the first part of date candies in 2 tbsp. keroba.


Peel 100 g of pistachios and chop with a knife. Do the same with 100 g of walnuts.


Roll the second part of date truffles in crushed pistachio crumbs. Roll the third part of the candies in crumbs of walnuts. Put all the truffles in the fridge for a few hours.
