Step 1

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-blended. Add the milk and mix well once again until smooth, then add the oil and leave the batter to rest for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Fry the crepes on a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Step 3

Brush each crepe with caramelized sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Roll the crepes up the way you like them, and serve immediately.
