Crepes with nuts and sweetened condensed milk

Ingredients
520 g / 4 cups all-purpose flour
6 eggs
900 ml / 4 scant cups milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
For the topping:
100 g / 1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tin of caramelized
sweetened condensed milk

Крок 1
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-blended. Add the milk and mix well once again until smooth, then add the oil and leave the batter to rest for 20 minutes.
Крок 2
Fry the crepes on a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
Крок 3
Brush each crepe with caramelized sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Roll the crepes up the way you like them, and serve immediately.
