How to prepare Casserole with chicken, mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients
Casserole with chicken, mushrooms and cheese: Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel two cloves of garlic and chop them. Peel one onion and dice it. Instead of the usual onion, you can use white - it is less eye-irritating.

Wash 400 g mushrooms and cut them into medium pieces. You can use common mushrooms or oyster mushrooms to make this dish.

Peel 250-300 g chicken meat and cut it into small stripes.

Heat a frying pan with butter and 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Put chopped garlic and onion in a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Add chicken stripes to the pan, salt to the taste and fry for another 4-5 minutes.

Cut brie cheese (100 g) into small pieces.

Add pieces of brie cheese and 1-2 pinches of nutmeg to the pan. Stew for about a minute until the cheese melts. Then add 50-100 ml of cream, adjust their amount depending on the consistency. It is necessary that the mass was not too thin, but also did not become dry.

Place the mixture in a baking dish. I cooked a casserole in one form 18 × 13 cm, but if you wish you can bake it in small portions.

Pepper to taste and sprinkle casserole with yellow cheese, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and takes a golden crust.
