How do you like the idea of baking a spongy apple pie with condensed milk? I think it’s a nice chance to jump into the autumn mood. Besides, the director of my project gave this recipe to me and she got it from her grandmother.
Apple Pie with Condensed milk preparation
Ingredients
Apple Pie with Condensed milk: Directions
Prepare all the ingredients for making apple pie with condensed milk.

Remove the core of 4-5 apples and cut them into slices. Apples should be dense, so they do not fall apart during cooking.

In a dry pan at maximum temperature, fry the apples until golden. Try not to stir too much so that the apples do not fall apart.

Add 100 g of sugar to the apples. Stir lightly to melt the sugar.

Add 50 g of butter and fry until the butter dissolves and forms a beautiful caramel.

Place the apples in a baking dish. My baking dish is 28 cm, but if you take 24 or 26, then the pie will be higher. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

For the dough, mix a jar of condensed milk and 1 egg in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix again with a whisk.

Now you need to combine ½ tsp. soda with 1 tbsp. of vinegar. Or you can use baking powder.

Add 160 g of flour in a bowl and mix the dough thoroughly until smooth.

As a result, the dough should be the consistency of thick cream.

Pour the finished dough on top of the apples and flatten with a spatula. Bake the pie for 30 minutes, until a dark crust. Let the pie cool and then turn it over.
