There is no such thing as «too many» when it comes to easy recipes. It’s a real piece of cake to cook these roasted potatoes with bacon and homemade mayonnaise. You certainly should add it to your «easy to cook» list.

How to prepare Potatoes with bacon
Ingredients
400 g potatoes
100 g bacon
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
2-3 sprigs of cilantro
2-3 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
salt, pepper to taste
Potatoes with bacon: Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the potatoes with a brush, cut into circles 5-7 mm thick. Place in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper and sunflower oil. Mix and place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until done, about 30 minutes.
Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in a dry pan until it turns brown. Prepare homemade mayonnaise according to this recipe.
Put potato slices on a plate, put bacon on top, add mayonnaise, cilantro and, if desired, some hot pepper.
