Prepare all the ingredients for cooking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


Cut the base of the corn and clean it from threads. Do not separate the leaves completely.


Rub the seeds of corns with 50 g of butter, 25 g for each corn. The oil will make the taste more gentle.


Cover the corn with thin slices of salami, it will give the dish a pleasant aroma and aftertaste.


Wrap the cobs with corn leaves, which we unwrapped at the beginning of cooking.


Put the corn in a baking dish and then in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared corn with 2 tbsp. grated parmesan.
