100 ROKIV is a Ukrainian national food brand created by chef Yevhen Klopotenko — the man who brought borscht back to the world and helped make it part of UNESCO’s cultural heritage. We combine traditional recipes with modern production technologies and chef-level quality. Each product contains only natural ingredients and Yevhen Klopotenko’s original recipes. No chemicals, no artificial enhancers — just the true taste of Ukraine.

Why do we do this?

Yevhen visited dozens of producers across Ukraine and realized that we have plenty of high-quality products, but they rarely reach supermarket shelves dominated by imports or large transnational corporations.

That’s why 100 ROKIV was created — to:

  • support small and medium local producers
  • make Ukrainian products the everyday first choice
  • give people access to truly high-quality local food.

Our assortment already includes over 20 products — from borscht bases and soup starters to hummus, spices, sauces, and snacks. Each one is a bridge between the past and the present: familiar flavors created for today’s rhythm of life.

The philosophy of 100 ROKIV

We live by three principles:

That means being honest in everything — from product composition to the values we stand for. Our brand’s mission is to change the perception of products made in Ukraine, proving that they are not just an alternative to imports but a new standard of quality.

100 ROKIV was created to set this new standard — to show that Ukrainian food can be modern, wholesome, and globally competitive.
When founding the brand, Yevhen sought not only to popularize Ukrainian cuisine, but also to support the country’s economy during wartime. Developing local production is not just about creating jobs — it’s about strengthening economic independence. Up to 40% of the value of every Ukrainian-made product turns into taxes that fund the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other essential national needs.

We want every jar, package, and bottle to become a small act of cultural pride — so that everyone tasting our products feels:
